• Swim Lessons clinic for ages 1-99

Seahawk SPLASH will be conducting a TUNE UP CLINIC for the Wilmington Swim League Swimmers! This Clinic will be geared towards swimmers of all ages and skills that may be participating in the Wilmington area swim league program this summer. From novice to competitive simmer each participate will receive the following: ? Techniques and Instruction in Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Individual Medley. (Turns, Flat Starts and Relay Starts), (Independent Conditioning Strategies), and (Instruction and Demonstrations conducted by Collegiate Coaches and Athletes)
